Custom HR is led by Tony Alcockwho has over 15 years experience in senior HR, encouraging businesses to grow through effective people management resource and bottom line reductions.

Tony has worked at a senior HR level for many years in the private sector following an early career in the public sector. More recently he has worked in the UK manufacturing industry specialising in optimising people performance and generating increased bottom line savings.  He is a qualified British Psychological Society practitioner and SHL Partner.  He is a regular contributor in ensuring that ethical employment initiatives are adopted by suppliers to major UK retailers.

Tony is supported by Leslie Spiers who is MD of Boardroom Dynamics, CustomHR's parent company.

Leslie has worked at a senior level in both the commercial sector and in local government. He was a Director of Mecca Leisure, Development Director with The Rank Organisation and following a management buy out of Rank’s property company he headed Garsington Estates, a property development company. He is a regular presenter at Business Link events and is a visiting Fellow at Southampton Business School.
