HR Audits and Reviews
Custom HR carry out audits of companies HR functions. The audits are a double process that review actual physical documentation currently in use by organisations and also a comparison of the HR systems with a HR best practice model for businesses of a similar size.
This first part of the audit will review the actual HR documents currently in use by the company. The documents reviewed are those that support the HR management processes and functions within the organisation. The process of auditing is by that of reviewing documents that are presented at the time of the audit.
The second stage of an audit will review actual HR management systems, policies and procedures against a 100-point best practice HR model. This model reviews 5 key areas; recruitment process, contracts of employment, employment law, policies and procedures, payment and reward, health and safety and finally training and development.
A detailed report is produced for the Board and an action plan is agreed.
